Why work with me?

Having worked in team development since 2005, mostly in dental, medical and aesthetic clinics, all my work has involved helping teams integrate and build strong communication skills. 

My work in service design and as a NLP coach has been woven into my coaching and training programmes and I also rely on 'Insights' as a tool to support rapid learning in building confidence, resilience and awareness. 

My clinical background is a dental hygienist, working within a private interdisciplinary dental practice and also an aesthetic clinic.  I have walked in your shoes and bring a breadth of tools and experience to my clients.

I am a huge believer in forever learning and I love helping others to align, evolve and thrive.

Insights discovery workshops are a great place to start for individuals of your team to build self awareness, understanding their preferences and those of their team to forge better collaboration, more effective communication which creates a strong foundation to deliver amazing patient experiences.

The Leadership Coaching consists of 3-4 coaching sessions and an Insights psychometric profile to explore your current leadership style, strengths and weaknesses, resulting in developing a leadership style that is effective with others that you have relationships with.

The sales effectiveness programme is a combination of training and coaching; coaching utilising the Insights tool in identifying strengths and weaknesses in the key stages of selling and influence to then build skills around the weak areas to create a congruent selling style.

What Happens at a Workshop?

STEP 1 Discovery Discussion to Determine the Outcomes
We will discuss the challenges that you are facing and agree on the outcomes that you want to achieve to determine the best  programme(s) for your business or organisation.  

Once the most suitable programme(s) is determined, we will schedule the dates for the workshop and begin the preparation.

Step 2 The team will complete the Insights evaluator 

A unique link will be sent to the whole team to complete the Insights evaluator which will produce a report that will be e-mailed to you.  This can be used immediately as introductory instructions are given.  

These profiles will also be used in the workshop.

STEP 3 Attend The Workshop 

The workshops are fun, interactive and engaging and stimulate thinking and self reflection.  At the end of the workshop, we set up a strategy to help you to embed the learning into your day to day interactions with each other and with your patient interactions.

PART 4 Layering on More Learning

For many, the outcome is to have greater self awareness and understanding of others and to build communication skills.  For others it is the beginning of your team and clinic development such as:

  • Individual Coaching

  • Patient Journey Design 

  • Customer Service Training
