The Background of Insights

Insights Discovery supports the beginning of a powerful self-awareness journey providing a rapid learning tool to enhance communication and build better relationships. A psychometric tool based on the psychology of Carl Jung, Insights Discovery is built to help people understand themselves, understand others, and support better relationships in the workplace.

It uses a simple and memorable four-colour model to help people understand their style, their strengths and the value they bring to the team. We call these the colour energies, and it’s the unique mix of Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue energies, which determines how and why people behave the way they do.

I'm Flora Couper

From the many dental practices, and medical clinics I have worked with to help design patient-facing systems; team dynamics and communication were always areas where the actual needs were greater than the perceived needs.

I know first-hand the high-pressure environment of the clinical area and why accuracy and effective communication are critical to patient care.

I go granular in my patient communication training programmes but it is rapid and fun learning that works for the team development aspect of communication and team building training.
