My name is Flora Couper the founder and director of Your Patient Partner and here's a little but about me.
I live on the East coast of Scotland, I have 2 beautiful children, a loving family and an abundance of great friends. When I am not working, I love being outdoors, going on city breaks, cold water swimming (recent hobby) and socialising with great food and wine.
Careerwise, I have a clinical background within dentistry that straddles 30 years, and within that time, 20 years have been focused on delivering training and coaching programmes to support team and business development within dentistry, aesthetic and private clinics.
Everything programme I have created has people at the heart of it and especially YOUR patient!
Working as a clinician has many challenges and I truly understand what it takes to build strong trusting relationships with your patient, the importance of developing connected business and clinical operational systems and of course building a team to work harmoniously in delivering the highest level of patient care and customer service.
I have a huge interest in businesses focusing on 'new age' healthcare that is focused on providing individualised care to support patients to reach and maintain optimum health, function and longevity.
I'm drawn to products and services that are innovative, creative and visionary.
I'm also a true believer that professions should be integrated and harmonised to create a better-connected outcome and service to all patients.
